It's a non-sequitur.2) Even "clinically dead" people can be revived as long as there is still brain activity. It's only once the brain dies they can never come back.

Notice how she phrases her question in a condescending manner that any decent person would find offensive. Look at the proud little smirk she makes when she finishes the question. Finally look on her face. Did you see that? That is the look of pure evil. The viewing public know a shrill partisan when they see it and they choose to change the channel everytime.
